Earlier this week, Girls Volleyball player Brenna Baier was handed an IAAM Character Coin from the RCPS coach! At the beginning of every season, each coach is given two Character Coins and has the opportunity to present these to two opposing players during the season. These recipients display fair play, integrity and respect. RPCS Head Coach Amanda Eich said Brenna "never gave up and played with heart" — and we couldn't agree more! Congratulations, Brenna!

Not only did Lydia Ward '24 and her USA Select US16 teammates win the Brogden Cup last weekend, she took home the Brogden Coaches Award! This award, given at the @usalacrosse Fall Classic, goes to the player who best demonstrates good sportsmanship, strong leadership, encourages others, is coachable and an overall good teammate. Congrats, Lydia! #GoPatriots

Megann has already scored four times this season for the Patriots, including both goals in a 2-1 win over Hereford at the IAAM Challenge on Saturday. Congratulations Megann!

We're so proud of JC's Roman Hemby '21 who was named Big Ten Conference Freshman of the Week! Hemby led the Terps to a 31-19 victory over Buffalo at Capitol One Field during the Terps season opener this past Saturday. Hemby rushed for 114 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries helping the Terps record 446 total yards! In the third quarter, Hemby shot up the middle for a 70-yard score- the longest rushing touchdown by a Terps player since 2019. #OnceAPatriotAlwaysAPatriot

For his doctoral dissertation, he focused on “The Impact Teaching Students with Low-Incidence Disabilities has on Self-Perceived Teacher Self-Efficacy for Non-Special Education Teachers in Catholic Schools.” Congratulations, Dr. Patton!

Lydia Ward '24 has been invited to the USA Lacrosse National Combine, after attending a regional tryout where she was selected from over 1600 players. The three day combine will help prepare players for higher level of play and introduce them into the U.S. National team pipeline. Congratulations, Lydia!
